Games Used Effectively for Staff Development
During CLL’s recent staff development day, playing games proved to be a wonderful team building exercise. There were 3 to 4 games in each community, including Taboo, Hedbanz, Pictionary and Charades. Each classroom played against one another. The feedback was very positive as staff worked cooperatively and enjoyed the friendly competition.
