PRDS RECEIVES DONATION FROM ELKS

Members of the Piscataway Elks Lodge visited PRDS to present them with a generous donation to purchase the Grasshopper, a piece of adadaptive equipment used for alternate positioning. Lodges from Piscataway, South Plainfield, and Woodbridge combined efforts to raise enough funds to cover the entire cost of the equipment. 

During their visit, Elks members enjoyed a breakfast in Frank's Cafe, served by students, and toured the building. They ended their visit with a stop in the Physical Therapy room, where they were able to see a student benefitting from the Grasshopper during his PT session.
