A major focus of the PAL program is the individual and group job-sampling opportunities available. Exposure to diverse employment opportunities helps students identify interests and build vocational
competence. PAL students have many individual and small group job-samplings opportunities as a result of the established partnerships the ESCNJ has established with numerous employers.
All job sampling takes place in conjunction with certified ESCNJ staff monitoring and assessing student interests and skill levels. The PAL program job sampling partners range from Barnes & Noble, ShopRite, Sayreville Municipal Building, and Renaissance Hotel to Ria Mar, Molly Pitcher, Cheesequake and Thomas Edison Travel Plazas and the Popcorn for the People.
